Found this place after buying a Walmart bike they tried to get it right but it was junk. Ended up buying a bike off andy and he has taken great care to keep bike running for me just got it rebuilt after 3k miles ready for next round of abuse
Awesome bike shop! My son went on a mountain bike ride and had an amazing time. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Just a really fun experience.
Wow, Andy was so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful getting me sorted with a bike! Worth noting only hard tails for rent. Possible to rent overnight. Rate was $35/day July of 2024. Excellent rental experience!
Andy was awesome, helped a roadie with some old spare brake parts to keep my bike going on vacation.
I was appointed ride leader for a wolf creek loop and that morning I noticed my rear derailleur clutch was shot. I headed over to New River Bike shop and met Andy and Jon. Despite them being completely slammed with scheduled repair jobs, they made time to look at my bike. Jon diagnosed, repaired my bike with a spare clutch bearing in minutes and had me ready to go for wheels down.
