The best massage I've had period. I've had massages all over the country and Tisha is truly a master of her craft. I would honestly recommend this to anyone who is an athlete. I'm just hoping she doesn't get booked too much in the future so I can go back!
I called asking if I could use my Groupon and if there was any availability. Immediately, the woman who picked up angrily ranted about how she’s annoyed with people asking about Groupon, how is she expected to pay her workers with Groupon’s pricing, etc. It was so uncalled for. I had no idea - I’m a totally new customer. She could’ve just simply asked for me to book with her directly instead of yelling over the phone. A woman asked me if I’m crazy because I wanted to use a Groupon instead of paying full price. The lady had no customer service and was very disrespectful. They post on Groupon for a free promo but don’t accept it or at least charge the same price. I was asked to refund the Groupon and just pay $60. Whether you are using Groupon or not don’t go to people who don’t respect their potential customer. I do not recommend anyone goes here.
