I'm grateful for these folks, as they extended a loan for me through Norms when almost nobody else would. I have to do biweekly payments as I am high risk, and I do understand. But I think Bob is truly wonderful- he even accepted me choosing a higher priced SUV and I really am happy with my car and with New Reach. Thank you!

We have a 3 year plan on our used car. Purchased March 1, 2020, just before the pandemic hit. We have kids and since school was cancelled, had to miss some days at wok. We struggled with paying on time, but we're able to negotiate with an employee named Joe who would call us and give us "friendly reminders" when we were late. I am a Massachusetts dealer. I purchased a vehicle from New Reach financial that required additional documents for registration in my state. I requested the documents on a Sunday by email and was amazed to receive a response by phone at 8:15 A.M. on Monday morning from Robert J Gardner AVP. at New Reach Financial. He said he would email the documents and i received them shortly after. This may not sound like a big deal but I can assure the reader this type of cooperation is outstanding in today's financial institutions.
