Check-in was seamless as we had booked in online. Staff were pleasant and car ready to go. Car was clean, tidy and performed as expected. Drop off was easy. Great all round service. I also left my sun glasses case in the car and they found it and were happy to send it back to me. Certainly recommend New Plymouth Airport Rental Cars

Smooth and hassle-free experience from start to finish. Booking was simple, airport pickup was quick, and the staff were friendly and easy to get in touch with. The car was clean, reliable, and easy to drive. Drop-off was just as straightforward. I’ll definitely look to use New Plymouth Car Rentals again when I’m down in New Plymouth!

Easy website to book our car and the checkin at the airport to pick it up was easy & efficient. Friendly staff. Good reliable car, clean and easy to drive. Drop off was easy. Great experience with New Plymouth Car Rentals.

Excellent experience with car hire from NP Airport Rental Cars. Great communication regarding how to collect the car and return it. Easy self service process. Car was in good condition and performed as expected. Would happily use them again.

Renting from this company is a very different experience from the usual rental companies, and in a good way. The payment and collection processes could not be any more simple and there's not quite as much red tape r.e. rental agreements. Perfect for responsible drivers hiring a car for personal use like I did, although if you're hiring for corporate use you may want to consider using one of the bigger companies.
