Best In New Plymouth. Easy to communicate, by mistake i forgot to drop keys. When i found that keys are with me i emailed them about this and they were calm not like other we will charge you this much money and stuff. But yeah after 2 days as it was saturday and sunday. I did courier, but thank you for this. A rental service this good. Thank you. Also car was clean and tidy. No problems at all.
Easy to aquire a quote online. Easy as to book. A txt message with great detailed directions and instructions for get your rental. Good for me, no human contact or counter slow down, when you are in a hurry, or flights are running late. My only critic of this outstanding business is that I use a Matercard debit card, which doesn't work as a credit card, per say. If I don't have funds on it, it doesn't work! To be charged a credit card fee. Really annoys me. Ticket clipping!! Highly recommend!!👍
Check-in was seamless as we had booked in online. Staff were pleasant and car ready to go. Car was clean, tidy and performed as expected. Drop off was easy. Great all round service. I also left my sun glasses case in the car and they found it and were happy to send it back to me. Certainly recommend New Plymouth Airport Rental Cars
I needed a vehicle for my 12 day stay in Taranaki, and I’m so thankful that I found Airport Rentals! The ford focus was just what I needed, the customer service great. Certainly I would recommend this company to any fellow travellers. 😉😉😉
When we anrrived our car was ready and waiting for pick up. It took less than 3 minutes to collect the keys and hit the road! Then when we were on our way to return the car it would not start. It had been working very well up to then with no problems. This was some electrical glitch. However after we called Sara she dropped everything and came out to help us herself!
