Hired a car for 12 days recently. Vehicle was in pristine condition and immaculately clean, ran really well and was a pleasure to drive. The staff are friendly and helpful and accommodated my requests including being able to arrange collection of the vehicle outside of business hours. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to hire a vehicle in Taranaki.

Easiest rental car experience of my life. I rocked up with no booking and was drive away 3 minutes later! No fuss and very reasonably priced for a one day rental.

I received easy to follow instructions by text from New Plymouth Airport Rental Cars the day before we were due to pick up the car at New Plymouth airport. The car was easy to find, clean, modern and ready to go. It was Hyundai I30, nice to drive and easy on fuel. Thank you for the easy booking process, great service and excellent communication.

Excellent company, when my first choice of vehicle wasn't available they quickly offered another option which was just as good. Great directions as to get the keys. Would recommend to anyone looking for a rental car in New Plymouth.

Big huge thanks to Sarah at New Plymouth Airport Rental Cars. Misplaced all of my ID, needed a car to get to a funeral, no photo ID, no problem. Sarah took all the stress away making the whole experience a whole heap better to deal with. She was genuinely friendly and honestly helpful. I didn't feel stupid or pressured to make any purchase I was unsure of. And accepting my temporary licence unlike the big companies, thank you! The owners of this business were wise to hire such a great staff member.
