Check-in was seamless as we had booked in online. Staff were pleasant and car ready to go. Car was clean, tidy and performed as expected. Drop off was easy. Great all round service. I also left my sun glasses case in the car and they found it and were happy to send it back to me. Certainly recommend New Plymouth Airport Rental Cars

Easy to aquire a quote online. Easy as to book. A txt message with great detailed directions and instructions for get your rental. Good for me, no human contact or counter slow down, when you are in a hurry, or flights are running late. My only critic of this outstanding business is that I use a Matercard debit card, which doesn't work as a credit card, per say. If I don't have funds on it, it doesn't work! To be charged a credit card fee. Really annoys me. Ticket clipping!! Highly recommend!!👍

Easy website to book our car and the checkin at the airport to pick it up was easy & efficient. Friendly staff. Good reliable car, clean and easy to drive. Drop off was easy. Great experience with New Plymouth Car Rentals.

Smooth and hassle-free experience from start to finish. Booking was simple, airport pickup was quick, and the staff were friendly and easy to get in touch with. The car was clean, reliable, and easy to drive. Drop-off was just as straightforward. I’ll definitely look to use New Plymouth Car Rentals again when I’m down in New Plymouth!

Renting from this company is a very different experience from the usual rental companies, and in a good way. The payment and collection processes could not be any more simple and there's not quite as much red tape r.e. rental agreements. Perfect for responsible drivers hiring a car for personal use like I did, although if you're hiring for corporate use you may want to consider using one of the bigger companies.
