A little late but I enjoyed looking at this facility with my mother and father in law! All the staff I encountered from the clerk to Suzy and beyond. Very insightful handouts, everyone appeared to be busy for the most part. They even had a sample plate set out to show others the main course. Unfortunetely we decided to take a different path, but i have never been so graciously greeted and toured by an assisted living facility. Even the one we ultimately settled on! Keep your options open here!

Going to tell you, elder health care stinks if it's done like they do it here, seems like they can not afford to hire competent help for the most part, there is the exception, Most of the staff can't get there heads out of there phones, they do as little as possible. They promise an exceptional dinning experience, it's not, slow service, luke warm food. So think twice before sending your loved ones here. There was a family member there with our loved one 5 of 7 days a week for the describe accurate meal events above.

New Perspective has been nothing short of amazing for my parents, they moved in two months ago. Their transition was so warm and welcoming, it reaffirmed that they are where they are meant to be. They have made many new friends and are fully embracing all of the many activities (thanks Ryan) and amenities New Perspective has available! I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Activity Director at this senior living community! He truly goes above and beyond for the residents, the staff, and everyone who walks through the doors. His kindness, creativity, enthusiasm, and genuine compassion are evident in everything he does.
