I'd give negative ZERO stars if it was an option. I brought $$$ rolled change in to exchange for cash, I was told to unroll all of it and put it in coin machine??? Completely confused and irritated as to why they DID NOT offer to deposit the already rolled change in my account!!! I left irritated and felt as though customer service is seriously lacking. It's all about taking the extra step you should of asked are you an account holder we can deposit your rolled change... Work on your customer service skills!!!

I had an issue with my bank card and Sharon at the lebanon branch (I believe she's a branch manager) REALLY helped me out and fixed everything. She went the extra mile for me as a long time account holder to make sure I wasnt inconvenienced and to make sure I would never have to problem again. She's great!
