The bank is not approving a charge for my card but not giving me a fraud alert or anything. There is no one available to speak with. I have called every number amd cannot get help from anyone. There is plenty in my account but this bank is blocking me from buying my family dinner. The 1 star review will stand until someone from the Corporate Office or this branch manager drives to my house and apologizes to my children for them not getting their dinner tonight.
They are always courteous and take the time to answer my questions. I recently had a fraudulent charge on my account and had to block all transactions, Joanne Winkler had me up and running in minutes. Thank you!
