I have always cashed my husbands check there but this Friday ingot a lady that was so unprofessional and rude I will never ever go to her again! Refused to cash the check I’ve been up there and cashed it multiple times without my husband.. I always give my drivers license to them . But today I had the worst experience ever with that bank. I am very impressed with the personnel at this Pounding Mill bank branch. I am a senior and on several occasions they have went above and beyond to help me with financial matters. They are very professional with a personal touch.Always smiling, courteous and friendly.
Worse bank in South West Virginia.! Bank manager (Brittany) is one of the rudest, disrespectful person that I have ever delt with.! How she still has a job there is beyond me... While talking to her on the phone to address an issue she was yawning on the other end and then practically called me a lier and then when I got upset about her rude attitude she hung up on me...
