They are great there, very nice and hospitable.
Update: turns out this bank is closing. This did not come as a surprise. This bank is useless. The staff isn't rude but their not friendly either. Some of their policies are ridiculous. I guess since they are the only bank in Pound now they can treat people however they want.
They have excellent workers, there are always kind and helpful, and they are always there when needed help.
