Horrible customer service. I received a call at my office for a delivery with no information regarding the delivery, but did get a reference number. when I called back, the agent was very monotone and had an attitude about giving me detail about the shipping to and from address. I work for a commercial construction company and we have 20+ job and 30+ vendors.
Incompetent. Unreliable.
