It was good everyone was nice
New Penn was the company that was listed as shipping a pallet containing my $4,000.00+ pool/parts. Tracked the shipment, but instead of calling me to set up a delivery date and time, the pallet was left at the end of my driveway. A neighbor driving by my house saw the pallet and telephoned me. New Penn advised that "Cape Cod" delivered the pallet for them. I don't care! I had to pay extra for lift gate service, and then it's just left at the end of a driveway with no notice given and no one home. I never signed for it...don'... read more
