I ordered a wooden cabinet from big box store online. New Penn tells me my delivery would be between 9-12pm. Didn’t arrive until 2 pm. The company policy is that they “don’t drive on driveways and this is curbside delivery only”. Yes, they were going to leave a wooden cabinet in 6 inches of slush and snow on my curb! I called the office and the manager rudely told me, “curbside delivery only, my guys don’t drive on driveways”. New penn wants to place a wooden cabinet in snow at the end of my driveway? AWFUL COMPANY!
It is no longer new penn terminal r+l carriers is there now.
