This training is SO VALUABLE! Eric is a great teacher at explaining the "why" and the benefits. You learn about the psychology of a patient and how to give every patient a 5-Star experience. My experience with the NPG was awesome! I really enjoyed meeting , chatting how other offices are running their practices and team bonding with each other.
