I have been banking with them for a while I had an illegal withdrawal on my account and they tell me it takes 90 days in order to receive a response this is the first time I've ever heard of it taking 90 days in order to receive your money back off of a transaction that you did not authorize! Not only are these people not capable of giving you accurate information they allow people to take your money and they're giving you an attitude about giving you your money back! I kno the term, "When you're here, you're family," has been used to the point of disregard, but not in this case! I LOVE Fireman's Credit Union because it IS family! Everyone is greeted upon arrival, and most by name! They are ALWAYS...ALWAYS...ALWAYS kind, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. If ANY teller you get doesnt kno an answer, you better believe they will find out, & usually, right then! They are fair, honest, and LISTEN to what you have to say.
