Great customer service and always helpful, I have trouble getting a car loan and they made it happen.. The app is also amazing allowing you to transfer funds to other brand accounts. I have been with them for many years and it still feels like the neighborhood branch. Always informative help. They have helped me save money and invest.
Watch out people. I’ve banked with these people for over 10yrs and they do not appreciate it your business. I traded in my vehicle on the may 18, 2021 and the pay off was a certain amount so the check was made for the payout amount on that day. The bank received the check on May 20, 2021 and the bank called me and said that because they received the check in May 20, 2021 I still owed $61.00 in interest due to their interest going up everyday they are not willing to even honor their own payoff balance.
