Diabolical Service from this outfit. Called for a Cab to pick me up at Mardi Gras World at 11:26am, called again at 11:37 and was told that Cab 1669 was on the way. Called again at 11:53am and was asked to give them another 5 minutes. Started walking to the Sheraton after another 10 minutes. it's no wonder people are switching to Rideshare Operators, when people like this are in charge of Cabs.

Dirty old taxis. Drivers who don't know to use apps like Curb, even when company is signed up for them. Won't do it again.
Awful company. Scheduled a ride to get to work the night before. Call to confirm the ride, told they're on their way and they never show. Call the Dispatcher back and she hangs up. Call back again in case it's a mistake, she hangs up again!
Lost my cellphone in the cab and driver went out of his way to deliver it to me at the security checkpoint
