I had a wonderful experience here. From the start, Andrew was warm, friendly, and easy to talk to, and he took time to explain what he was doing and why. He also gave me helpful resources and things to think about outside of treatment, which I really appreciated. This was my first experience with motor point acupuncture, and it made a noticeable difference with some ongoing leg issues I’d been dealing with. Ivey is seriously talented- she does an amazing facial and stays up to date on all the newest info on skin care...great products and a great personality too!
If I could give Andrew and Ivy 10 stars I would. From the first moment i walked into their office i felt immediately welcomed with kindness. I suffered for about a year and half under multiple physicians care, numerous PT sessions, in pain, loss of range of motion in my legs, knees, stiffness, unable to get up from a seated position and an autoimmune disease all at 48 years old. I have had wonderful experiences both with facials and with acupuncture at New Orchard Wellness. It is a relaxing environment and you are welcomed warmly. Ivy is very knowledgeable and skilled with skin care and makes helpful suggestions. She is super nice and you leave feeling relaxed and with glowing skin. I have been working with Andrew on several health issues. He is very caring and has helped relieve ailments I have had. I appreciate his positivity. I very much recommend both Ivy and Andrew.
