Fresh lamb! Fresh injera! Grains, flours (teff etc.), and spices! And I mean fresh. The injera is made on site, and when I was looking for lamb, they were out and I had to come back a few hours later when they got more in, straight from the butcher. The only negative is that the labelling is mostly in Amharic (I think).
