I have been shopping at the New Oak Tree for years. The quality and beauty of the furniture is unmatched however it is the staff that keeps me coming back again and again. Trista served me by chance years ago and I was blown away by her professionalism, knowledge of the products and wonderful personality. Now she is my go to salesperson for all my furniture needs. We visited this furniture store when we downsized and needed something specific for storage (lots of drawers). Trista (who was very helpful and personable) took the time to explain all the options to us (e.g. types of wood, textures, handles, etc.). We just got our item delivered and we absolutely love it. The delivery guys were also very friendly and ensured the piece was in perfect condition before leaving. Would not hesitate to use them again for future pieces.
Our 9 year old dining table’s finish is sticky, soft and stains pale when wet. We learned the hard way that you cannot trust the durability of New Oak Trees finishes.
