After a revision and reverse shoulder surgery, I returned to the folks who made the process of recovery solid and sure. Luke and Stephanie set the pace, explain the process, and what each exercise is to accomplish, so I feel motivated to do the small tasks that lead to the great gains.

Dana and Kathleen were cheerleaders for me and gave me such encouragement for recovery from my foot surgery. They understood that I’d had a number of joint surgeries in the past 5 years and was so “over” the surgery and recovery process. They were lovely to work with and they adjusted my program as needed.
