I was on a long distance cycle touring when my bottom bracket started to fail. Joel and his crew got my bike up and running in a short time. Unfortunately they didn't have the replacement part (old style Shimano bottom bracket) but the took photos of the part so I could call ahead for a replacement. Excellent customer service.
