One of the best shops, of any kind, you’ll ever shop at.
I bought a pair of used skin skis - my first pair of skins - and took them to New Moon to learn about how to maintain them. The staff were extremely helpful! They looked at the condition of the skis, recommended a couple of products based on the level of complexity I wanted to put into waxing, and showed me how to apply said products. Just a great walk-in experience, especially considering I didn’t get the skis from them. I purchased the skin conditioner and glide wax, now all I need is snow!

Great staff who are all well educated in product! I would drive for hours to come to your store vs more local stores just because you know your product so well and are not afraid of educating me. You stand behind your product and you practice what your sell too, not just selling something you don't also have physical experience using.
