The massage itself was firm and effective. The room was private, and I appreciated the option for a couples massage. However, the experience felt unprofessional overall. We specifically booked a Thai massage, but that was not the type of massage that was performed. Despite having an appointment, the therapists did not seem prepared for us and were talking to each other during the massage.
