I recently had the chance to experience Raelyn’s work — a spinal flow treatment one day, a spinal energetics session the next, and CFT treatment as well. I’ve struggled with a chronic knot in my neck and shoulder for years. Anytime I did heavy lifting, it would trigger intense pain and migraines that could last for days.
