Outstanding customer support from Mr Hancock and Andriana Estrada in handling all aspects of the probate of my wife's estate for an out of state executor. They handled banking, including safe deposit box closeout, and house deed transfer. Their fee was very reasonable as I honest expected a much high cost due to my inability to travel to New Mexico to support their effort. I would highly recommend New Mexico Probate and Estate Lawyers for those who find themselves in need of probate support.
Receptionists doesn't help, wants you to fill out form for them just to call you to tell you they can't help with that issue. When she could of just said we don't deal with estate planning, rude and horrible service. Wouldn't recommend. Spoke with multiple good services around town and they were easily able to let me know if they do that type of work without wasting my time because a knowledgeable paralegal answered the phone without needing to give any legal advice. I highly recommend William Hancock from New Mexico Probate and Estate Lawyers. The law firm was very responsive to my needs during the estate process. Will always got back to me and answered all my questions promptly. The fees were reasonable. Excellent service.
