The inspection agent was nice and very helpful. She gave me honest answers and insight so I am prepared when bringing in my oversized load through NM!
Inspector B. De La O made my inspection go by very swiftly, easily and talks comfortably and stern at the same time. I’ve never had an issue/complaint out of the whole inspection. More State troopers/inspectors need to act like this, to make more experiences like I had with this inspector! Thank You Inspector De La O!!
The scale master had no clue how electric magnetic drum brakes work and tried to shut me down.I educated him.he didnt care about the important stuff like hours of service,my log book or the broken u bolt on the rear axle of my trailer but it was fixed promptly despite him missing it.
