Ordered 5 pounds hot, 20 pounds medium fresh chiles. They all arrived in great shape and within time frame stated on web site. Would have been nice had they noted on the tracking info they sent me that it was a partial shipment and that remainder would go out next day, but that's my only complaint.
Do Not Order from this company!! I made a huge mistake in not researching this company before I ordered! Placed an order in September '13 (they charged my credit card) and by Nov., I realized my order was never going to come! I sent an email to cancel and received a cancellation acknowledgment from them Nov. 5, stating I would receive a refund shortly. Here it is Jan. 21, 2014, and I still have no refund!! After checking BBB, found many, many complaints have been filed against this company!!
They have a great catalog, but do not order from it! You might not get your orders for months! I ordered from their catalog 12-15-07 and still have not received it 3-12-08! Check out Their reports @ rippoffreport.com & BBB. I am not the only one!
