Get directionsNM Catalogue. The Chile is wonderful but the problem is I think there is only two people working the farm, husband and wife. You order in advance but never know when it’s coming it’s a mystery. They don’t send out notices when mailed out? They don’t answer their phone or reply to emails. So there’s no way to track it. Just keep looking outside your front door or check the mail box every day cuz they only send by USPS, unfortunately. Worse place to receive packages from. I hope they hire at least one more person on the farm.
Ordered tamales for Christmas and the ones arrived had a use by date of July 12, 2022. No response to emails or voice-mail. Planning on disputing the charge since they won't make it right.
I ordered dried chile powder, pecans, and most importantly frozen green chile. I received the chile powder and pecans but never received the frozen chile. I tried several times to call, left messages and emailed but they didn't respond and so I am out the $$ and worse I don't have any green chile ☹
Placed and paid for an order. Never received. Have sent numerous emails and left multiple messages. ZERO SERVICE. Not sure how they managed to get a high rating in the BBB.
I ordered 10/25 a ristra. And didn't get anything stating it was handmade or when I would receive it. After 3 phone calls, emails I get a rude email about how it was handmade and will take time and I'll get it when it is shipped. Worst customer service EVER! I called and asked for my refund. Don't want to have anything to do with this company.
