I have been a frequent return customer of New Mexico Black Car for a while now and can tell you their team of experienced Chauffeurs do not miss a beat! They take pride in ensuring every detail is met with precision and excellence! They hung up randomly and wouldn’t answer the phone again. Very racist company; I really think they wouldn’t do business with me because I’m white.
Edit: posting today, November 2, this followup. Believe it or not, this company has attempted to charge me now, FOUR times for the trip to Acomo they failed to provide!! They've made charges of 469 twice and 938 once! For trip they never made or contacted me about ...and hung up on me, as I detailed at the time. I won't be paying for services not received. We contacted them in July with plans to attend balloon festival, Acomo pueblo and other local attractions. We had definite date for one balloon fiesta day, a date for which we had reserved balloon museum viewing tickets, at a nonrefundable cost of 225 each.
