This review is about the banking institution itself and no one that works there, but I didn't think it was possible for a bank to be worse than NMBT till UMB took over. Told one thing then another happens, worse overdraft fees. I'm just gonna cancel my account after over a decade with nmbt this was a change in the wrong direction. No wonder apps like cash app are taking over.
I love this bank .I just opened an account and the staff there is amazing! Thank you all for making me feel so welcome!
What happened to being open on Saturday? I have to drive all the way across town to deposit a check on Saturday. Covid is long past so let’s open things back up to normal hours.
