What happened to being open on Saturday? I have to drive all the way across town to deposit a check on Saturday. Covid is long past so let’s open things back up to normal hours.

Horrible bank to work with nothing but problems and miscommunication i had an issue to dispute on my account no one was any help after i was told to call the bank back after the transaction went through definitely closing my account
I was going to open an account anyway, but when I found out I would get $300 a few months later? Bonus, just in time for Christmas! 3 months after the “distribution” time, no $300, no explanation of why not, just an “I’m sorry”. I met all the requirements they told me about, just didn’t realize I was playing “It’s a secret” with my bank. Very disappointing.
