Being a small family business, operated from home with help from Mom and Dad as well as brothers and sisters, we used up all the space in the house and yard with offices, packing rooms, storage sheds and walk in freezers and refrigerators. In the fall of 2010 we moved into our new warehouse, with 2 huge freezers built for the frozen Chile and an area to flame roast all those chilies. I’ve been ordering red chile powder from the New Mexican Connection over many years. My husband is from NM and we HAVE to have both red and green on hand at all times. Of course I love it too. And the chile from here is consistently amazing. And the customer service is excellent. I recommend these guys to any and all chile lovers out there.
