Almost died and they should have sought medical advice to rule out any physical causes or medication side effects contributing to agitation.
They provide excellent care, treat their residents like family, and very clean environment. Highly recommend
The care at New Melody Senior Living is exceptional. Knowing that our mom is being well taken care of and being treated like family is very reassuring. From home cooked meals, celebrating birthdays and holidays, to everyday activities. They are so caring with all of the residents. Also, when we are visiting we are treated like family. I highly recommend New Melody for anyone needing care for a family member.
We have had a great experience ever since my Mom entered New Melody! Jamie, the owner and all the nurses in staff really go the extra mile for all the patients! We love it!
