Extremely poor customer service from start to finish. We originally agreed on a higher quality product, but what we ended up receiving was far from what was promised. Throughout the process, communication was lacking, and any concerns we raised were either ignored or brushed off. It felt like once the payment was made, they stopped caring. We trusted them based on their initial promises, but the final product was low quality and clearly not what we discussed. I had an amazing experience at shop. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure I found exactly what I needed. The store was well- organized, clean, and had a great selection of products. Prices were reasonable, and the quality was top- notch. I'll definitely be coming back and recommending it to friends!.

My wife bought a stove from this business which didn't work. The rude and disrespectful salesman didn't take any responsibility no refund no exchange even not fixing the defective item. The ABN of this business must be cancelled, as it doesn't follow Australian consumers law. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS BUSINESS
