I gained valuable insight into what my body needs and doesn’t need. I was able to lose 30 lbs and maintain that weight as needed. More importantly I’ve learned that I can stray from my program and come back to it without any Problems. Carson and the staff and New Life are wonderful! Thank you!!!🤩

New life is an excellent plan for losing weight while eating real food, not pre-packaged tasteless junk. AA I was impressed by how scientific and detailed their method was and how measurable the results were. During every visit you had hard evidence of what you were doing well (or not) and where you needed help. Having regular personal visits kept me accountable and was encouraging. I went in with Carson and did an original consolation and she gave me a plan at a decent price. 3 months later and I'm down 22 pounds, I no longer get heartburn and my joints and ankles no longer hurt!

I had one on one counseling which was helpful in achieving and working on meeting goals. The initial blood work results and other tests were helpful so I could have information specific to me and what I needed. The feedback from the Styku each visit was also encouraging to see if I was meeting goals or if needed to focus more on getting needed results.
