It is unfortunate in these situations as I am certainly not one to leave reviews, much less 1-Star ones. I asked about pricing before I even went in for my consultation and was told “lots of options”. So I met with NLWL last Monday - even signed up after asking specific questions that were answered in some form. As soon as the credit was approved, it was like the meeting went from 25mph with questions, answers, chitchat to about 60mph with test kits and 6 pieces of paper. I agreed to start on 6/1. Update: I was very disappointed in this program. Yes I lost weight however it is very misleading. A lot of things promised were not fulfilled. They never provided information on restaurants. They only provided about 30 recipes and after that they were just repeats. The daily emails were just copied over from other emails. I never met “the doctor” which showed very little interest in me. For 4k I would have expected more than some drops, blood work, 30 recipes and a 5 minute appointment each month. I could have obtained the i... read more
I came to New Life because I heard about them on WSSL and thought I would give them a try at helping me to lose weight! The day I signed up I was so nervous and I think my blood pressure must have gone sky high while I was at my consultation! At the time it was me realizing that I couldn't deny anymore that I was not healthy at all! I had really severe heartburn and took 2 pills a day for it and woke up with acid reflux most every night!
