We used this service to get to the airport (BTV) in March. The owner/driver was timely, courteous and helpful. I use a wheelchair and am unable to use a standard taxi. The cost was higher than a standard taxi, but very helpful and valuable to us.
Whomever drives their vehicle speeds (over 65mph on beltline) and drives recklessly, not a good advertisement for business.
