First of all, I understand that since Jimmy L***** has been running this business for 40 years and somehow has great reviews on ********, then his “spa” must be satisfactory for a certain type of clientele. Having heard about his stubbornness, this review has no intention to try and make suggestions (I’ve heard from Vermont locals that he doesn’t listen to them). Unfortunately, this guest did not book directly with us, but with a third party booking company that we decided to give a try. We do not use third party booking companies because we are such a unique niche vacation, but tried it out and obviously, it did not work out. I do believe many of the issues were because the customer did not read our website in depth, but relied on the information from the other company.
