My right hearing aide was receiving white noise and I thought it was going to be sent in to be worked on. I didn’t want to be with out it for a period of time. Mrs. Lori Fye cleaned the microphones off and showed me how to do it. She replaced the wires since one was loose. That was causing the white noise. She took care of me in 15 mins and I was on my way back to Sealy, TX. I was so happy!!! I have had my Hearing aides for 3 yrs. and I have no complaints. 5 stars!
