The lady was very nice and picked the best fish for me… very happy definitely will go back too.
Customer service is horrible
Been there this afternoon. An old staff lady was incredibly impatient to start with. When we thought the first fish was on the smaller side and ask for a bigger fish from the same tank she went outright rude. I asked her why so rude and impatient, she wouldn't give a straight answer. So we walked out. Will not go back there ever.
The place is pretty nice, a bit cheap and straightforward for what I wanted. The staff are chill as well.Although some of the beta fish were dead and all of them were in tiny cups. A bit of a worry I guess, I hope they care for the fish there.
grandma and grandpa are the beset ive been there since 2019 with really small aquarium they told what to do and what to buy now i got a super big aquarium !!! thanknyou they always explain me and helo to take care of my fishes !!!!
