My coworkers and I were absolutely in love with this place for months! We usually spend about $100 a week here. Customer service is usually great and teas are usually made well. Today all 3 of our teas tasted like water, and only water. The owner admitted to the employee that she made them wrong, yet refused to remake them without us paying.
