This company is terrible. If you use their service's be prepared to have to chase up your debtor payments and reports. The Directors will promise you on many occasions that they will receipt moneys they have collected on your behalf and blame staffing issues when you have to keep calling when payments not received. A debt collection company where you have to chase them to get your payments every month defeats the whole purpose of hiring a debt collection company.
