Dr. Liz is amazing! She is very knowledgeable and I always feel amazing when I leave our appointment. I like the 90 minute option where we get to chat about what's going on with my health, and then she does craniosacral therapy and acupuncture on me. I feel so relaxed I'm literally slurring- and then I feel amazing afterwards. I have recommended Dr. Liz to many friends. I enjoy the 90 minute sessions and I always leave feeling amazing. She provides excellent acupuncture, cranial sacral therapy, general lab work / specialized allergy testing, and discounted supplements. This was my first time working with a naturopath, and I have nothing but positive things to say. Dr. Liz was amazing at holding space for me to share what was coming up for me, offering advice and tools I could use between appointments, and of course incredible care with acupuncture and cranio-sacral massage.
