I was looking for a way to deal with anxiety and stress related in particular to IBS, for which there's no real medical answer. I read that self-hypnosis can help, but I was skeptical. I now feel lucky to have found Rena, who's a great listener and counselor as well as a practitioner of her art. I am not the kind of person who this sort of thing works on, nor one who would typically agree to trying this approach. After seeing friends have success I gave it a try and only needed 2 sessions to permanently change my habits.
