Waste of time and very unprofessional. We recently visited for an appraisal on a single diamond and spent over an hour as the same testing procedures were repeated multiple times. Initially, we were offered $3,900, which was then adjusted to $3,500, an amount we agreed to. However, after being directed to the neighboring store to complete the transaction, we were brought back to the original location and informed they would no longer proceed with the purchase. My family & I have been buying jewelry for many years at this location. Very reputable services and the quality of the gold is very good.
Weird business. They ask you as you’re leaving if there was a particular watch you wanted to see. You tell the woman which model, she states, “that watch 9 thousand dollar” and just stares at you. Actually doesn’t go get it for you to try on, although she just asked did I want to try a watch on. Her idea.
