Rude as hell as soon as I walked in. Switched to their native language and attitude stayed the same. They look new and hopefully won't stay around long :)
Amazing costumer service..
Waste of time and very unprofessional. We recently visited for an appraisal on a single diamond and spent over an hour as the same testing procedures were repeated multiple times. Initially, we were offered $3,900, which was then adjusted to $3,500, an amount we agreed to. However, after being directed to the neighboring store to complete the transaction, we were brought back to the original location and informed they would no longer proceed with the purchase.
