Tino helped me at the Cranford office today. Tino was wonderful. He works out of the Fairlawn office so I am leaving my review here.
7/17/25. Visited this am to get portal help. The person who I was assigned to was absolutely the best and went out of her way to help me and solved all my problems. I'm sorry I did not get her name because she deserves a medal
I wasn't able to create a portal admin account. They helped me to make the admin account and pay taxes on my behalf. The service was awesome.
Office closes at 4pm but apparently they just decide to close early when too busy and put a paper in the door asking to come back another day. I arrived at 3:20pm and the paper was already on.
OMG, this wasn't what I'd expected at all. I needed to pay a small (less than $5) business tax on some books I'd sold at a convention, but couldn't, for the life of me, figure out how to pay it online. Unfortunately, I couldn't connect with anyone over the telephone, either. So I drove to Fair Lawn to speak to someone in person, and wow, I spent 20 minutes with this wonderful woman explaining what I'd done wrong, correcting it, and taking me through all the steps so I could get the tax paid, and the actual payment took less ... read more
