This office doesn't answer! Only want to ask a question b4 a visit. The recording ask for info to call back. But that doesn't happen. Not nice.
This office filed my late father's anchor benefit late, even though I filed in person, on time, with all of the necessary paperwork. The website says we are ineligible, which is a lie. I have all of the paperwork with time and date stamps. Disgusting behavior for a government office, causing severe stress and anxiety due to deliberate negligence and inaccurate information.
I just want to compliment this office as very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. The rep that took care of me her name was Madi she was professional and resolved my issue.
I called after lunch which is after 1 I did wait about 40 mins on hold but I just needed them to mail me an old tax form and they were great, Thank You to Wendy she was Awesome!
I'll take a star off as it's a long drive to get there (about 50 miles from my place), and they're open weekdays only from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. with the 12-1 p.m. lunch break, but if you can carve out the time, have all your paperwork ready and get there early, it will be worth it. I had an ANCHOR issue in that my status kept saying "processing" for months after most everyone had received their checks either by direct deposit or a paper check mailed to them.
