I don’t usually write reviews but this experience was upsetting enough that I needed to write a review. The employees working inside the office are genuinely kind, helpful, and respectful so I thank them for helping us with our questions. Unfortunately, the security guard at the entrance was not. My mother, who is not fluent in English, politely asked for the restroom key. The security guard repeatedly yelled, “I CAN’T HEAR YOU” and “I CAN’T UNDERSTAND YOU”, rolled his eyes, and was visibly irritated before handing her the k... read more
No one answers the phone
I was helped by Tino, who was extremely helpful and patient with this 87 year old. Can't say enough good things about this office. This is the second year I've come here and was satisfied both times.
