I had a terrible experience at this location. I checked in at 7:00 AM and after hours of waiting, I still wasn’t given a door. On top of that, they don’t allow you to park inside the facility—you have to leave and wait outside until they call you. To make things worse, they don’t even let drivers use the restroom. The employees and the company clearly don’t care about drivers’ time or basic needs. Very unprofessional and disrespectful place to deliver.
Truckers beware.... Evertime I come here. I'm waiting 4 hours. They have A policy that if you are late to your appointment then you are pushed in front of everyone else. So if you are getting here on time plan on waiting for everyone else. Your appointment means nothing since coming here on time and waiting truck drivers with latter appointments come and go. I do not like coming here at all. Du to lack of loads I do. But if you do plan on a long day...
It has been 7 hours since I have been waiting. He has not called me yet. No good
Do not come to this place this is the one of the worst place to pick up. Been waiting for about six hours now not single of truck is moving and when I went to the shipper to ask the updated on my lead there was no one at the warehouse working when I told you this is one of that worst worst worst trust me on that
