I cannot believe I stopped smoking with Hypnosis! Brian is such a caring individual who really helped me! Would highly recommend anyone to go and see him.
First, Brian does not hypnotize, as some reviews claim, he puts you in a relaxed state, but I still gave it a try as a long time smoker needing to quit. I equate my session to 'creating a very relaxing mood at home, putting on headphones and listening to s self-help audio' about the benefits of quitting and the reasons to quit. Like I don't know!
