I recently was involved in the closing of my Father's estate. It was a total nightmare. There was a second wife involved who was very uncooperative which made things very upsetting and difficult. At a loss as what to do, we contacted NJ Executor & Probate Resource Center, They were the solution to our problems.They took charge and handled the majority of the contact without a problem. New Jersey Executor and Probate Resource Center was able to assist me in probating my father’s will. I had a lot of questions and didn’t quite understand the tax implications for me and my siblings. I called an attorney and he was very expensive and I still had to do almost all of the work. My father’s estate wasn’t large but I didn’t want to make any mistakes. The New Jersey Executor and Probate Resource Center helped me get through a very difficult time. I was appointed executor of my uncles will and I didn’t know how to begin in settling his estate and there were a number of relatives that wanted regular updates on the probate process. I have a full time job and didn’t have a lot of time to clean out the house and organize the estate sale.
