Absolutely horrible. Took me over 2 hours to file and pay last quarter's NJ sales tax. This should have taken less than 5 minutes. The "new improved" system was useless. Finally got a surprising email (no indication that I was going to get one) with instructions that got me close enough to finally find a link to file and pay. This is disgusting. Calling for phone support is also useless. Lines are tied up, and you can't get anyone on the phone.
I recently received help from NJMVC agent, Tray, operator #026, and I just had to respond to let everyone know how knowledgeable, professional and helpful this agent was. He made me feel that the call was extremely worth the wait time. I just can't say enough good things about this agent
Appointment only. Can’t find where it even says that on the website. They refuse to inspect your car without an appointment
