Can someone explain to me why I still haven't received my 2023 refund? Excuse me, but you are very incompetent. If the situation were reversed, you would be charging me a late fee every so often. This can't happen. I have children to feed, and the situation has been very difficult for me these past three years.
All phone numbers to NJ Division of Taxation have had the same message " We are too busy at the time to take your phone calls please use your Portal to answer any questions or to make a payment" This has been the case for 4 months , and during the same time the portal isn't working as well . I was able to calculate the sales tax but once I tried to pay, the portal wouldn't allow my me to do it . So I have been fined $ 500 .00 And still no answers , no phone , no portal .... Horrible! The time they take to process basic tax returns is absurd & needs to be studied! Horrible call center ( don’t even waste your time calling) they need to be investigated
The phones are always off the hook. What kind of customer service is that? Peak laziness from NJ public "servants"
