Absolutely awful experiences here recently. My last appointment had me shaking. I arrived 5 minutes early for my 1 pm appointment. I had a few questions to ask the receptionist, and she couldn’t have been more uninterested to help. I told her I had to change my address and name. She told me she’ll figure it out later. Ok. Completely left patients hanging dry. I have been out of medicine for over 3 weeks now. I have called the new Canna Care Docs office, and left SEVERAL VOICEMAILS! EVEN CANCELED MY APPOINTMENT AN HOUR PRIOR. I EMAILED BACK TO RESCHEDULE, NOO ANSWER. I CALLED, NO ANSWER. This is completely unacceptable. I understand you have been bought out, BUT NEVER LET YOUR DISGRUNTLED EMPLOYEES DISCUSS HOW TERRIBLE IT IS, AND THEY WERE INFORMED 48HRS PRIOR, THAT THEY ARE OUT OF A JOB! update, very rude answering service, huge problems with phone manors. I think the answering service may be overseas, Seriously. They bailed and as far as I can see they are making it more difficult for patients.
