Everyone here is pleasant, with one exception, the heavier set lady at the front desk, her attitude is a bit dry and snappy. Not my favorite person of the year, but the school itself is definitely a great place. It’s not the world, it’s the people who live in it.. It doesn’t cost a thing to be nice and friendly ♥️

I reached out to the center via email to ask if there was availability for my 16-month-old. I received a response inviting me to come in for a tour. I replied and scheduled a tour for Friday at 1 PM, which the director, Jasmine, confirmed. Both my husband and I took off work early to attend. This is an amazing daycare! We got really lucky and needed to enroll our 2 year old daughter in daycare quickly and they just happened to have a spot open. It was the best decision for our family. It took about 2 weeks for our daughter to adjust, but her teachers gave her extra love and support during that time. They even took the time to ask me what she really liked to do, so they could incorporate that into the day to make her happy. I'm only writing a review about their tour scheduling. I tried to schedule a tour using the times they offered in their webpage. My husband and I can only attend after 5PM so we selected the last time available at 5:30PM, giving us plenty of time to arrive in case of traffic. We got an email confirming the day and time. I received a call from KC telling me that they don't schedule tours that late. I was surprised about this since I scheduled through their webpage. I had an appointment for Aug. 15th, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. I live out of town, so it took me over an hour to get to this KinderCare. When I arrived they told me they must cancel my appointment even though I confirmed it with one of the individuals that worked there (Jasmine) the same day I was supposed to arrive. This place is unprofessional, and they should have notified me they would have to reschedule before I made the drive to New Irving KinderCare.
