I really wish I could give this company a 5/5, but this would be a lie. Our actual photographer was very nice and easy to work with. She was very prompt with responses and showed up to our engagement shoot and day of in a timely and appropriate manner. We loved how our engagement photos came out and it got our hopes up for how our wedding day photos were going to turn out as well. Sadly we were not as thrilled with our day of photos. TJ was phenomenal and kept the party going. He was very thorough with the planning of the day and was excellent at communicating. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who is planning a wedding.

DJ Jack performed at our son and new daughter-in-law's wedding this past weekend. We are not from the area and most of our friends and family traveled a good distance to be with us to share the event. Every person in attendance told us the same comment, "He is the best DJ we have ever seen!" He entertained our guests for hours. His knowledge of how a wedding reception is to take place is priceless. DJ Jack is by far the best music service we have ever experienced at a wedding reception.

Our corporate event (Mid-America Managent) was a huge success because of Steve with New Image Studio - Music Entertainment! His communication and response time to our needs was outstanding! The photos turned out amazing and the DJ, Chris , kept us dancing all night long! We definitely will book again. We had a great time, Thank You!!!! 10/10!!!!!!!

My daughter’s face came out super edited! So I message Steve Poland to see if he can fix this! His reply was—try opening it on PC or Mac not phone! Lmao! This is a digital version! It should work all digital ways!!! And when they took the picture, no “sign” or “disclosure” that you have to use Mac or PC to access the picture. Unbelievable! Smh we ordered a digital one for convenience not for the photographer’s convenience! I would not recommend this company! Such a $20 waste for a novice photography!
